We plan to implement TRACE in Region 2, Latin America in 2010-2011, and invite civil society organisations (NGOs, workers’ unions and the media) with a strategy to working with advocacy towards the oil and gas sector, to nominate candidates for the programme.
We also encourage partner organisations, embassies and other supporters to provide assistance to participants in need of financing.
We are looking for participants from the following countries:
- Bolivia, Ecuador and Nicaragua (participants may receive programme funding )
- Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela (participants will need to secure self-financing )
