It is based on input from CSOs, tax experts, accounting experts, private sector, and PWYP Norway´s experiences with other processes. Hvordan bør land-for-land-rapportering for utvinningsselskaper innføres i Norge?

Sammendrag: Denne korte juridiske rapporten, bestilt av PWYP Norge og skrevet av det norske advokatfirmaet Arntzen de Besche, foreslår hvordan Norge kan innføre en land-for-land-rapportering i norsk rett, som lett kan åpne opp for ytterligere og nødvendig regulering.

Rapporten oppsummerer de pågående prosessene i USA og EU, og gir en juridisk vurdering av et forslag til hvordan en norsk lovtekst for utvinningssektoren kan baseres på dette.
