Linn Anker-Sørensen is currently working on a PhD thesis with the tentative title: “Control Decoupling & Information Asymmetry – Implications for a modern understanding of corporate groups and intermediated control”. The project aims at analyzing and reconstruct the concept of corporate control within a decoupling framework. The specific practice of financial engineering addressed in this thesis, is situated in the intersection between corporate law, financial market law and contract law, and furthermore in the topical intersection between financial disclosure, access to information, corporate accountability and risk implications.
