Dr. Tina Søreide is postdoctoral research fellow in law & economics at the University of Bergen, Faculty of Law, on a three year leave from her post as Senior Researcher at Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI), Norway.
In 2008- 2010 she was employed by the World Bank, Washington D.C to work on its Governance and Anti-Corruption (GAC) agenda and sector regulation.
Søreide holds a PhD in Economics from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and a Master in Economics from The University of Bergen, Norway.
Her research interests include political economy of sector governance, corruption and various forms of business-related crime.
